Job summary

Loenbro’s Leander, TX-based Assistant Project Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial/industrial construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to manage scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and client communication to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Experience on large scale commercial/industrial projects.
• Minimum 2+ years in coordinator, project engineer, or similar roles within mechanical/structural construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with execution of large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects (data center, power generation, renewables, mining, oil & gas).
• Support scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Monitor schedules and help mitigate delays or risks.
• Prepare project documentation including RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, minutes, and reports.
• Assist with procurement activities and vendor coordination.
