Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, focusing on mechanical/structural scopes. The role manages budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to ensure safe, timely delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain client relations, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements across data centers, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects from setup to closeout.
• Lead teams including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Ensure safety, contract compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and subcontractors to optimize resources.
