Job summary

Syensqo SA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large industrial facility projects, including grass‑root and expansion work. You will supervise a 5–8 person team, coordinate EPCM and construction resources, and ensure safety, risk management, and schedule adherence across global sites.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 15+ years in project management, and experience with CPM/PERT scheduling, MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering discipline is required; Mechanical or Chemical preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience on large industrial capital projects.
• Experience leading international project teams and virtual engineering teams.
• Proven track record in front end loading (FEL) and EPCM/construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of executing industrial facility projects, including grass root and expansions.
• Interface with BU management and report monthly to the Project Steering Committee.
• Direct 5-8 team members; manage EPCM and construction resources and procurement.
• Oversee safety, risk analysis, change control, and regulatory compliance throughout.
