Job summary

Syensqo seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects up to $5 million, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls. The role includes equipment leadership, from specification to installation, startup and commissioning.

You will develop project concepts, manage scope and budget, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering on time and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership position with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, capital projects, equipment engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing capital projects up to $5 million and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects up to $5 million in scope and budget.
• Act as Lead Equipment Engineer for major equipment packages.
• Develop capital project concepts, scopes, and preliminary estimates.
