Syensqo is a science company seeking a Project Engineer – Capital Projects to lead end-to-end capital projects up to $5 million, from concept through startup. You will command multidisciplinary teams across process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, civil/structural, operations, and more.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, equipment engineering oversight, safety, schedule, and budget adherence in a fast-paced, innovative environment based in Havre de Grace, MD.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering, capital projects, equipment engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing capital projects up to $5 million and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects from concept through FEL, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and execution for projects up to $5 million.
• Provide leadership for multidisciplinary teams across process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, civil/structural, operations, and more.
• Serve as Lead Equipment Engineer on major packages; oversee equipment selection, specs, procurement, and startup.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders; drive risk reviews and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company practices; deliver projects safely and on time.
