Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead assigned projects from quoting through on-site management to final close-out. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with sales, operations, and safety, and ensure adherence to contract scope while controlling costs and schedule.

This role requires extensive travel to client sites, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A PMP or equivalent experience in industrial environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years managing pharmaceutical/life science-related projects.
• 7–10 years managing multiple projects in a production facility or industrial environment.
• 5+ years machinery moving/construction/safety experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and technical documents; monitor costs and progress.
• Conduct Pre/ Post-Hand-Off meetings with sales and operations.
• Ensure contract scope compliance and on-site project delivery.
• Lead multi-phased projects across facilities, operations, or admin.
• Supervise staff and payroll verification/approval.
• Coordinate with clients/contractors via RFQ/PI on cost and scope.
• Develop and adjust project plans with change orders as needed.
• Prepare status reports and ensure contract specifications are met.
