Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead large projects or multiple efforts within Mission Critical industries.

You will take a leadership role in developing proposals, vetting cost estimates, and ensuring client goals align with profitability. Manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Proven leadership on difficult projects with budget accountability.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Experience with MS Project and project budgeting.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – manage scope, schedule, cost estimates, PMO methods and pricing.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective client-team communication across all phases.
• Project Schedule and Plan – develop labor and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Drive Scope – define and control scope, handle change orders and opportunities.
• Maintain Cost – monitor budgets, EAC, EV, and contingency; forecast costs.
• Lead the Project Team – coordinate resources and report progress to client and executives.
• Present updates – communicate project activity and financials to large audiences.
• PMO Tools – adopt E TECH GROUP PMO methods and new tooling across the enterprise.
• PMLC Understanding – ensure team familiarity with PM life cycle stages.
• Ambassador of Core Values – support client and associate development.
