Job summary

E Tech Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large projects in Mission Critical industries, coordinating design, procurement, implementation and commissioning.

You will manage client communications, schedule, budgets, risks, and vendor contracts, using MS Project and PMI-based practices. Requires BS Engineering and 5+ years PM experience; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 5 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in the utilization of project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the E TECH GROUP culture, and serve as a mentor to other associates.
• Proven project leadership on difficult projects, applications, solutions, and situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – Participate in proposal scope, schedule, and cost estimates, as well as Project Management methodology and project pricing and structure.
• Manage Client Communication – Ensure effective communication between the client, the project team, Business Development, and the management team at all phases of the project.
• Project Schedule and Plan – Develop the project labor resource plan and procurement plan to meet the client’s schedule objective and project cash flow requirements.
• Drive Scope – Maintain firm control of scope and compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Maintain Cost – Develop and maintain project cost budgets and reports; manage estimated cost at completion, earned value, and contingency.
