Job summary

Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Project Manager 3) to lead high-risk projects from initiation to close in Salem. The role oversees budgets, schedules, and controls, and coordinates design, testing, training and start-up activities with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive decision-making, manage complex stakeholder groups, and ensure alignment with agency objectives while maintaining rigorous governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional project management experience or equivalent combos.
• PMI/PMP or other recognized certification preferred.
• Experience with high-risk projects, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-risk project plans, budgets, schedules, and controls from initiation to close.
• Lead decision-making for design, testing, training, and start-up operations related to long-term goals.
