Job summary

Next Level Solutions is seeking a Project Manager III to independently drive medium to large‑scale implementations from inception through delivery. You will partner with clients, internal leadership, and external vendors, owning scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes mentorship, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement within NLS’s PMO practice. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience, Agile/Scrum expertise, and certifications in PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience with 15+ resource teams.
• Certification in two PM areas (CSM/Advanced Scrum Master/ACP/SAFe).
• Proven experience leading Agile projects and Scrum mastery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and align solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and coach project teams of 15+ resources; guide 20+ member teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across full lifecycle.
• Coordinate onsite, customer-facing meetings and regular status updates.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
• Produce and distribute project deliverables and status reports.
