Next Level Solutions is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide client-focused software implementations and drive excellence across projects. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with sales and solutioning to shape pricing and staffing.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex software programs in dynamic environments. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex software projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering client-focused software implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning.
• Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts.
