Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and best practices.
• Experience creating schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small to medium projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to drive execution.
• Monitor expenditures, budgets, and financial risks; manage variances.
• Identify staffing needs and secure appropriate resources.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Identify risks, maintain logs, and escalate critical concerns.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets per change control.
• Facilitate status meetings, provide updates, and present findings to leadership.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and lessons learned.
