Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a project manager, project lead, or equivalent
• Experience eliciting project requirements, project planning, and managing stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with customers, fellow team members and stakeholders
• Maintain an outcome-focused mindset and strong prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through implementation, including scope, milestones, deliverables and resources
• Lead multiple projects and work streams to deliver on time, on budget, and within scope
• Coordinate with PMO Director, Sales, Engineers, and leadership to execute project plans
• Oversee project teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery of services and artifacts
• Track progress, report hours and expenses weekly, and identify cost efficiencies
