Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience developing and managing schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small to medium-sized projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and deliverables using PMO methodologies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external resources, and stakeholders to drive project execution and priorities.
• Develop cost estimates, monitor expenditures, track budgets, and address financial risks or variances.
• Identify resource needs and collaborate with managers to secure staffing and availability.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure contractual commitments and on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain risk/issue logs, escalate critical concerns.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets per change management procedures.
• Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including schedules, budgets, decisions, and lessons learned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification
