You will lead planning, budgeting, schedule management, risk mitigation, and process improvement while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role is hybrid with three on-site days, and focuses on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Level II or higher to oversee projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, budget management, risk mitigation and process improvement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large projects throughout the full project life cycle, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, objectives, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Prepare project status reports, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate project progress.
• Implement change management practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, and project scope.
• Conduct gap analyses and root cause analyses to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, manage risks, and elevate issues as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hybrid, 3 days on site)
