Job summary

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Level II to support a PMO in Oklahoma City, OK.

This hybrid role requires a minimum 3 days onsite each week, a 12-month contract with potential extension, and a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, strong skills in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments, and proven ability to manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and project tracking tools.
• Understanding of PMI PMBOK standards and best practices.
• Experience in process improvement, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technology and/or non-technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to highly complex projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and PMO dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, and SMEs.
• Implement change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
• Conduct gap and root cause analyses and recommend improvements.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Facilitate project meetings and decision-making processes.
