Job summary

CAI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee one or more moderately complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while aligning with agency objectives. The role reports to the PMO and requires coordination of resources across functional teams in a hybrid Oklahoma City setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency in scope, risk, budgeting, and vendor management, and familiarity with PMI processes. PMP/LSSBB/CSM are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing complex projects through full project life cycle
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large projects through full life cycle
• Develop and manage project status reports for stakeholders
• Coordinate resources and project team
• Lead contract processes from initiation to closure
• Ensure compliance with agency guidelines
• Provide root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations
