Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office in Oklahoma City. You will guide projects from initiation through closure, coordinating resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods.

The ideal candidate has a graduate-level degree (or higher) and at least 5 years of formal PM experience, with strong MS Project and PMI framework knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in PM, business, public health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a formal PM; govt/regulatory/service experience preferred.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies; MS Project proficiency.
• PMI PMBOK knowledge and standards; strong process improvement and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full life cycle using appropriate methodologies.
• Perform standard PM deliverables: scope, change, risk, and budgeting.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, vendor engagement, and SME utilization from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project status reports for PMO dashboard.
• Implement change management per organizational guidelines.
• Forecast, manage, and acquire resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure activities comply with federal, state, and agency guidelines.
• Conduct gap and root-cause analyses to improve outcomes.
• Lead group facilitation, including independent-party interventions.
