UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Level II to support a PMO in Oklahoma City, OK.

This hybrid role requires a minimum 3 days onsite each week, a 12-month contract with potential extension, and a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, strong skills in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments, and proven ability to manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Position Overview

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Level II to support a Project Management Office (PMO) in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Project Manager will be responsible for

planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have

strong experience in project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium to highly complex projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare project status reports, performance metrics, and PMO dashboards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience in state government, public‑sector organizations, regulatory environments, or healthcare.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous process improvement.

Work Location & Schedule

Location: Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite weekly, with additional onsite days as project requirements dictate.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, typically between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
