Crisis Connections, based in the Seattle area, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in our hybrid workplace. This role reports to the Chief Executive Office and manages programs from planning to launch, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, strong budgeting and risk skills, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional programs.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification required or preferred.
• Proven track record launching or scaling programs and driving change.
• Experience juggling multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong capabilities in planning, budgeting, risk management, and tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project) and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, milestones, tasks, and timelines for projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map staffing, processes, tech, training, and budgets.
• Identify risks and build contingency plans.
• Coordinate with funders, partners, and agencies to meet launches.
• Assess workflows, identify gaps, and propose changes.
• Develop change management and communications plans for staff and partners.
• Guide new programs from idea to launch, with performance reporting.
• Set goals with program leaders and ensure quality standards.
• Lead operations projects like tech upgrades and policy updates.
• Document processes and ensure adoption.
