Aroha Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join its PMO in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on directing projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with agency strategy, and delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing vendor deliverables, and applying Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. The position requires long-term stability and in-person collaboration at the OKC office.

Formación

• Graduate degree in Project Management or related field.
• PM, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medium to large projects through full lifecycle using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder communications.
• Produce status reports and PMO dashboards with key metrics.
• Implement change management practices per PMO guidance.
• Forecast resources and manage project team to achieve objectives.
• Ensure deliverables comply with guidelines and constraints.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts within project scope.
• Perform gap/root-cause analyses and propose improvements.
• Lead group facilitation and coordinate activities across teams.
