Responsibilities

• Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors; communicate with Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field.
• Coordinate and obtain pricing of materials from vendors to support project criteria and specifications.
• Manage and maintain project budget and schedule; negotiate, process change orders, and prepare RFIs for current and upcoming projects.
