Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects involving organizational transformation, technology modernization, business process improvement, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex cross-department transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing project roadmaps, integrated project plans, governance structures, and resource plans.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating executive-level stakeholder engagement and delivering executive reporting.
• Experience working with higher education institutions and community colleges on modernization or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale organizational, business process, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, implementation strategies, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Establish project governance structures, decision-making processes, roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Align project objectives with institutional priorities, operational needs, and long-term transformation goals.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, HR, Student Services, IT, and other departments.
• Facilitate executive meetings, stakeholder workshops, and project discussions to establish priorities and drive decisions.
• Navigate complex governance structures and ensure active stakeholder participation and ownership.
• Monitor progress and provide regular executive-level reporting.
