Job summary

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and transformation for higher education clients in California. You will manage a team of analysts and resources, partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.

You will drive governance frameworks, maintain ERP roadmaps, and ensure system reliability and performance while enabling business process standardization and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience including leadership.
• 3+ years people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk management related to enterprise applications.
• Experience managing ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources, with coaching and development plans.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and apps.
• Drive governance, standards, change management, and deployment activities.
