Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager for high-voltage transmission projects. The role leads planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management across nationwide sites, including Piketon, OH; travel is required.

You will oversee cost forecasting, invoicing, and project reporting while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Strong leadership, Excel, and PM software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in high-voltage transmission or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to Piketon, OH as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction efforts in bid preparation and planning.
• Oversee project budgeting, labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and manage Schedule of Values; track production and invoicing.
• Direct subcontractor management, progress reporting, and quality control.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Present updates to executives and stakeholders; manage risk and issue resolution.
