Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 64-story ground-up residential project in Manhattan. You will own the entire project from preconstruction through closeout, running the job end-to-end and delivering on time and within budget.

You've managed large ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Running point on a 64-story ground-up residential project in Manhattan is well within your wheelhouse.

We're looking for a Senior PM with a proven track record delivering large-scale, ground-up work in NYC.

Once this initial project is complete, you'll lead the delivery of ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx.

Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
