Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up 20+ story residential tower in Westchester County, NY, with completion due in under 3 years. You will later oversee ground-up/core-and-shell work across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC, and the Bronx.

Ideal candidates have proven Senior PM experience on high-rise ground-up projects in NY, with multifamily/mixed-use expertise. Base salary circa $275K–$300K plus performance bonuses and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Senior PM on ground-up projects.
• Proven experience taking buildings out of the ground, minimum 20 stories and above.
• Significant experience working on multifamily/mixed-use ground-up construction projects from start to finish in NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ground-up 20+ story residential project in Westchester County, NY.

For the Senior PM's who live in Westchester County - this may be the opportunity to work closer to home for a few years.

Lead a ground up 20+ story residential project in Westchester County, NY due for completion in just under 3 years.

Once this project is finished, you’ll oversee ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
