This role demands a track record managing projects valued at $50M+, with proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
5+ years managing ground-up high-rise construction projects.
Experience overseeing projects valued at $50M+.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
