Job summary

Building Evolution seeks a senior project manager with 5+ years in high-performance buildings. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and drive projects from design through construction with clear communication and problem solving.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering or similar, be a Massachusetts-licensed PE, and possess deep knowledge of mechanical and enclosure systems, building science, and diagnostic testing. On-site inspections and reporting are core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in project management.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and team members to progress projects.
• Technical understanding of high‑performance building envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write reports detailing building components and energy efficiency measures.
• Perform on-site inspections and diagnostic testing of building performance issues.
• Lead meetings and present technical information clearly to stakeholders.
