The candidate should hold a PE license, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and 8+ years of experience. Preferred credentials include a Master’s degree and certifications like CEM or LEED. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Experience with building systems, mechanical infrastructure, and facility performance.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability, decarbonization, resilience and building science principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior experience for complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in building systems, energy performance, sustainability, and resilience.
• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, and engineering studies for existing and new facilities.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve operational performance and lifecycle value.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff while promoting technical excellence.
