Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
• Technical understanding of high-performance building of Mechanical and Enclosure systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy modeling for commercial and residential buildings using OpenStudio/EnergyPlus per ASHRAE standards.
• Develop energy savings and lifecycle cost analyses of building energy measures.
• Perform on-site inspections and testing of enclosure/mechanical systems during assessment.
• Write reports detailing building components and energy efficiency measures.
