The role blends technical leadership, client engagement, and business development, with a focus on delivering excellence through collaborative teamwork and rigorous project control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, building sciences, or related field.
• Experience with building systems commissioning or building performance consulting.
• Ability to manage complex projects with budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commissioning and building performance projects from planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as primary advisor.
• Drive project performance, manage risks, contracts, budgets, and profitability.
• Mentor and guide technical staff while promoting teamwork.
• Support proposals and client opportunities for business development.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and technical excellence meeting client expectations.
