Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Marine) responsible for developing estimates, supervising the Superintendent, managing change orders, and overseeing billing while ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance on complex projects.

You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate start-up, and travel across North America to client sites as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 5+ years of PM/engineering experience on large

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to construction industry
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or construction project management on large projects
• Experience with heavy civil and/or marine scopes preferred
• Exposure to clients such as USACE, TVA, NAVFAC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project estimates, schedules and cost controls.
• Supervise Superintendent and subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee change orders, billing and cash flow for the project.
• Coordinate project start-up, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Travel to project sites across North America as required and maintain strong client relations.
