Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead marine division construction efforts along the U.S. inland waterway system.

This role collaborates with the Heavy Civil division to deliver complex projects such as locks, dams, bridges and terminals. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate field teams, and ensure safety, quality and timely reporting. Travel to project sites within a few hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in field construction project management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within a few hours radius.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes and manages estimates and budgets.
• Plans and maintains detailed schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Monitors safety, quality and cost control and reports to leadership.
• Leads coordination meetings with Project Engineer, Superintendent and subcontractors.
