Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Marine) to develop and manage estimates, schedules, and budgets for complex projects across North America. The role oversees subcontractor performance, ensures quality and safety, and coordinates with project teams to meet contractual obligations and timelines.

The candidate will travel as needed, lead change orders, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining positive cash flow for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in project engineering, construction PM, or related activities with large projects.
• Experience managing self-perform marine, foundations, and/or structural concrete scopes is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates and manages estimates and budgets.
• Oversees change orders and billing to ensure cash flow.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and project scheduling.
• Ensures quality, safety and regulatory compliance on the project.
• Travel to North America for client meetings and site visits as required.
• Lead daily coordination with Project Engineers and Superintendents.
