Job summary

Flatiron Dragados leads the SR400 Express Lanes project, a $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative in Georgia. You will manage a single project contract, oversee budget, schedule, staffing, and coordination with the owner and JV partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy civil roadway projects, strong leadership, and expertise in contract management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management.
• 5+ years in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience on Joint Venture (JV) projects.
• Proven experience with heavy civil roadway projects $250M+.
• Experience with bid-build, design-build, and alternative delivery.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of an assigned project sub-segment including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develop and manage project schedule, pay estimates, and staffing requirements.
• Oversee engineering and scheduling teams; negotiate change orders.
• Create monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Maintain relationships with project owner and supporting departments.
• Act as main contact for third-party stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Lead project closeout procedures and debriefs.
