Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction to lead mid to large scale heavy civil projects.

This role will travel to projects across the Southern Central states and report to the Operations Manager, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination to ensure successful delivery of complex facilities. Initial assignment located in Ardmore, Oklahoma with background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years comparable experience in heavy civil projects.
• 5-8 years of experience managing heavy civil design-build projects.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale projects with moderate to high risk levels.
• Coordinate with Construction Operations Manager to align project performance with goals.
• Implement Corporate Safety Policy on all projects assigned.
• Provide mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
• Provide constructability review and coordinate with design engineers.
