Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Heavy Civil Construction to guide mid to large-scale projects across the Southern Central states, including Ardmore, OK.

You will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities, oversee scheduling, coordination, and implementation, and lead Design-Build, CM, and hard bid projects with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires travel to project sites, with background checks and drug screening as part

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field or Minimum of 5 years comparable experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience with heavy civil design-build projects managing all aspects from design, approvals, procurement, construction, and implementation.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale projects with moderate to high risk levels.
• Oversee multiple construction projects in varying stages of completion.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget construction activities.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
