Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction to join our division. The role will travel to projects across the Southern Central states and report to the Operations Manager.

You will manage heavy civil projects ranging from $5M to $75M, coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for hard bid, CM, and design-build formats. The initial assignment is in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field and/or 5+ years of comparable experience.
• 5-8 years of heavy civil design-build project management experience across all phases.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large-scale projects with moderate to high risk levels.
• Direct, coordinate, and budget construction activities.
• Oversee scheduling, planning, and implementation across multiple projects.
• Ensure safety and compliance with building codes and other regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior project staff.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs.
