Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction to lead mid to large scale projects ($5M–$75M) across Southern Central states. The role reports to the Operations Manager and covers planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting through project life cycles; this includes design-build, CM and hard bid delivery.

Initial assignment is in Ardmore, Oklahoma. All offers are contingent on a background check and drug screen; security clearance may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with heavy civil design-build projects.
• Regular attendance and ability to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with operations to align project performance with goals.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and project requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and supervise project teams.
