Primoris Heavy Civil in Madisonville, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, execution and close-out of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality results. You will direct project teams, manage client relationships, and oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 7–10 years of experience; Primavera P6 or MS

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of heavy civil projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop schedules, budgets and cost controls.
• Oversee project teams including superintendents and foremen.
• Manage client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts and change orders.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality control and environmental compliance.
• Prepare regular reports to senior management.
• Support business development and proposals as needed.
