Senior Project Manager - $230k - $250k – NYC – Ideal for a PM to step into a role that will allow them to oversee several teams

This GC firm has a cool design build function, a reputation for people not leaving, mainly because people see regular promotions, pay rises and bonuses (usually around 15%, 10% on a “bad” year”). People don’t really leave places they feel like their careers are being nourished. This place does that through compensation and the fact that senior management understand what its like to be ambitious and want to get places. They also know that every firm in the state needs good people so if they don’t look after you, someone else will.

The work averages around $100M - $300M, rip and read and design build stuff for the MTA, DEP and Private. To be considered for this role you will have to have built a project for a GC start to finish for one of the agencies and be comfortable not only managing PM’s and their teams but having your name on a project or 2, probably for the MTA or DEP.
