Job summary

Metric Geo in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and utility projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers real ownership and the opportunity to work on significant public works in NYC.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience, a background in heavy civil or related fields, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Base salary ranges from $160k to $220k, plus bonus and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Heavy civil, infrastructure, utility, transportation, water/sewer, or similar background.
• Experience managing projects $20M+.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
• Experience working on NYC projects strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
