Location: New York City
Salary: $175,000-$225,000 per year
A well-established New York City general contractor is looking to bring in a Project Manager with strong exposure to the front end of projects, particularly across preconstruction, design-phase coordination and early-stage planning.
This is not a typical site-focused PM role. Instead, the position is geared toward individuals who have been heavily involved during the SD/DD phases, working alongside clients and design teams to help shape project strategy, budgets and overall delivery approach.
The firm has a strong pipeline of commercial and healthcare projects, and is particularly interested in candidates who have worked on large-scale, phased or operationally sensitive environments (infrastructure or complex institutional experience is highly relevant).
This position offers the opportunity to step into a role with greater front-end involvement beyond pure execution, within a strong and stable platform that provides consistent project flow, real visibility, a collaborative and low-bureaucracy environment, and a clear pathway for further development within pre-construction and project strategy.
