Job summary

Heron Wolf is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for NYC projects. The role focuses on field leadership with exposure to steel, concrete, and major public works like MTA/DEP/PANYNJ. Growth into a senior superintendent is expected, with projects up to about $80M.

Overtime is paid; a vehicle allowance, bonus, and other perks are provided. This is a high-ambition, fast-track opportunity. Ideal candidates have around 4 years of experience in similar environments and a drive to excel.

Assistant Superintendent - $135k - $145k – NYC – Calling Project Engineers ready to step into something more senior

We want aggressively ambitious engineers who want to be out in the field to apply. This GC will rapidly promote people who are really 10 toes down on pushing work production and wanting to be the best. Last guy had about 4ish years experience and by his 6th year they bumped him to a full fledge super, paid him $185k and let him run his own $80M project. This is the type of growth expected here.

Steel, Concrete, MTA, DEP, PANYNJ projects, up to about $80M. Any additional hours you work will get comped extra. You’ll get a vehicle allowance, bonus, gas & tolsl covered, your cell phone will be covered and an additional commuters allowance. So you might feel a lot of things but under paid isn’t one of them!
