Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Junior PM to own scopes across full project lifecycles on projects in Queens and across NYC. You will work with Senior PMs and Project Executives to drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The role offers a clear path to Project Manager, mentorship from seasoned PMs, and a competitive $110K–$150K salary with full benefits and on-site work. NYC DOB familiarity is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction PM (GC or CM).
• Experience across commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, infrastructure, or renovation work.
• Strong drawings, specs, contracts & documentation.
• Hands-on with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement & subs.
• Proficient in Excel; Procore and/or AutoCAD familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned scopes across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subs, suppliers, architects, consultants, clients & field teams.
• Support budgets, cost tracking, forecasting & financial reporting.
• Keep schedules and milestones on track.
• Run site visits for progress, quality, safety & compliance.
• Navigate permitting, inspections & NYC DOB coordination.
• Spot problems early and help solve them.

The opportunity

I'm partnering with a well-established, full-service construction firm with nearly 30 years delivering across the NYC metro — development, general contracting, and construction management. Their portfolio spans multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, landmark rehabs, schools, and public facilities.

They're looking for a Junior PM ready to step up, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Senior PMs and Project Executives, and help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'll actually do
