Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects, aligning with leadership, business, and IT stakeholders. The role emphasizes structured project planning, governance, and disciplined execution across waterfall, agile, and other methodologies.

The candidate will mentor PMs, drive process improvements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of work experience in project management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex medium-sized or one large project with internal/external stakeholders to ensure client experience.
• Adhere to Prime Project Lifecycle methodology; prepare and present materials for Executives.
• Oversee project lifecycle across Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure with risk/change control.
• Interface with governance, business and IT leadership, distributors, vendors and clients to address issues/risks.
• Monitor service quality baselines and report trends to leadership.
• Mentor Project Managers and support PM Practice development.
