Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects across leadership, IT and business stakeholders. You will ensure scope, schedule, budget, risk management and quality, shaping the PM practice and governance.

Responsibilities include creating PM artifacts, lifecycle management across Waterfall and Agile, stakeholder interface, metrics on service quality, and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area.
• 5 years of work experience in project management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• PMP certification and Agile Practitioner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex medium sized or one large project, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience.
• Adhere to the project management discipline and standards in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology, including preparing and presenting materials for Executive Review.
• Manage project through the entire lifecycle using multiple methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile): Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure, with risk/issue management or change control.
• Interface with governance, business and IT leadership, distributors, vendors and clients to ensure superior customer and client experience; provide leadership to address business and technical issues/risks.
• Analyze and establish service quality baselines; monitor and communicate trending of service quality to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Resolve internal and external team conflict to ensure alignment to project objectives and schedule/budget.
• Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers and support PM Practice development.
• Other duties as assigned.
