Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists seeks a structured Project Manager to drive multiple initiatives from initiation through closure, defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and delivering on time while managing risks and dependencies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain plans, and report progress to leadership, contributing to PMO standards and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to influence project teams and work without direct authority.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track progress to ensure timely, in-scope delivery and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Lead meetings and document actions and follow up.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
