Job summary

You will drive early intake, ESP development, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver scope, budget, and schedule with UCSF policy alignment. The role requires extensive experience in regulated environments, strong communication, and ability to navigate stakeholder needs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Eight years of experience managing all phases of capital projects.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing planning, building design and construction.
• Advanced project management skills to manage highly complex, multiphase projects.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, multi-phase design and construction projects for clinical, research, and academic facilities.
• Oversees project intake, ESP front-end work, scope definition, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination.
• Keeps projects within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements per UCSF policies.
• Mentors project managers and coordinates with Real Estate and Facilities leadership.
